An Australian story, born from lived experience
Carry On Wear is an Australian business born from lived experience. Our founder, Ed, discovered that after cancer surgery, something becomes very clear very quickly: protection is not just a medical product. It can become part of everyday life.
It is not just like underwear. It becomes your underwear, something you wear every single day, something you want to feel good wearing. Yet most products still feel clinical and uncomfortable, designed for hospitals rather than real people. Carry On Wear was created to change that.
A performance brand, not a medical device company
We are a performance brand built on trust, information and community. Not a medical device company, but a performance brand that happens to deliver medical-grade protection. We design premium pull-on protection engineered for discretion, movement and real-world wear, not just laboratory tests.
Every design is developed with advanced absorbent technology, a body-aware fit, and materials that feel closer to performance underwear than to traditional medical products.
We wear every design ourselves first
We wear every design ourselves before it ever reaches you. Because if it does not work for us, walking, working, travelling, exercising, sleeping, it does not carry our name.
A bigger story than one person
What started as a personal experience quickly revealed something much bigger. Millions of adults live with bladder leaks or incontinence at some point in their lives. After surgery. After childbirth. Through neurological conditions, illness, ageing, or simply the unpredictability of the human body.
Yet the conversation around it remains quiet, clinical and often filled with shame. Carry On Wear exists to change that narrative. This is not about disability. It is about maintaining your lifestyle while managing a health challenge: working, exercising, travelling, having relationships, going to concerts, living normally. Protection should give people freedom, not remind them of limitations.
Manufacturing excellence: standards you can trust
We will keep pushing the boundaries of materials science and product design to improve protection and comfort. We are invested in high-quality engineering, and we hold our manufacturing to rigorous international standards. Carry On Wear is fully compliant to sell our incontinence products in Australia and the United Kingdom (UKCA registered).
Our products are manufactured in a premium medical device facility, certified to the following international standards:
- ISO 13485:2016 - medical device quality management
- FDA establishment registration - US manufacturing standards
- CE manufacturing capability - European device standards
- ISO 9001:2015 - quality management systems
- ISO 14001:2015 - environmental management
- ISO 45001:2018 - occupational health and safety
Every Carry On Wear product is produced to rigorous quality standards you can trust.
Extending dignity beyond our own customers
As we grow, we want to extend that dignity further. In many parts of the world, people still rely on inferior protection simply because better products are unaffordable or unavailable. We believe dignity should not depend on geography or income. We also believe hygiene products are essential during humanitarian crises, yet they are too often overlooked.
So our goal is simple. Deliver protection people trust. Invest in the communities who need it most. And always remain human first.
Engineered for real bodies. Tested in real life.
