Your free trial pack
Your trial pack is three pairs of pull-on absorbent underwear, sent free so you can feel the fit and the fabric before you commit to anything. The pack itself costs nothing. You simply pay shipping at the checkout, which is handled securely through Shopify.
When it arrives
We post your order within 5 business days of your checkout. Once it is in the hands of the carrier, the time it takes to reach your door depends on where you live and the carrier's own schedule, so we ask you to allow a little extra time for delivery rather than promise a fixed date.
If something seems delayed or has not turned up, get in touch and we will help you track it down.
A plain, unmarked box
Discretion is built into how we ship. Every order goes out the same quiet way:
- A plain box with nothing on the outside to say what is inside
- No branding, no product names, and no category wording anywhere on the parcel
- No invoice or descriptive paperwork tucked inside the box
- Addressed simply, so it looks like any other parcel on the doorstep
Where we ship
At launch in 2026 we are shipping within Australia only. We are a small Australian maker on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and we would rather get delivery right in one market than stretch ourselves thin across many.
The United States and the United Kingdom are next on our list, with pricing shown in US dollars and pounds when those markets open. If you are outside Australia and keen to be told the moment we reach you, email us and we will keep you posted.
Shipping costs
Shipping is paid at the Shopify checkout, where the exact amount is shown clearly in your local currency before you confirm. There are no surprises added after the fact. For the trial pack, shipping is the only thing you pay.
